We are a recreational area and camp ground near Medicine Hat, Alberta which provides overnight camping sites for tents, trailers and motor homes.

General Information

We are a non-profit, self funded organization of recreational campers with lots on the shores of Rattlesnake Lake which is a short 25 minute drive from Medicine Hat, Alberta on paved roads.

We provide overnight camping sites for tents, trailers and motor homes. Firewood is available as well as a dump station.

Our oasis on the prairies with mature trees and grassed camp sites and fire pits is open between April 15 and October 15 yearly, as weather permits. Overflow camping w/o a fire pit is provided on busy weekends during the season.

We have electrical and non-electrical sites which are available on a first come - first serve bases. You will find showers and flush toilets situated through the park for your convenience.

Also, there are two group camp sites available for group functions such as anniversaries, birthdays, weddings and family reunions with fully appointed camp kitchens and group camping that can be reserved for any occasion.

Along with a sandy beach and two popular children's playgrounds for campers and day trippers alike, there is fishing from our shores and a boat launch for those who enjoy activities on the water.
